Privacy requests

Subject access and erasure for the people whose hours you record. Hours are never deleted. A timesheet is the record that work was done and paid for; erasure removes who the hours belonged to, not that they existed.

What erasure does

  • Blanks name, email and job role on the employee record.
  • Blanks the free-text note on each of their time entries — a note is where a person's details get typed by accident.
  • Leaves every date, duration, project and approval exactly as it was.
  • Archives the employee so no new time can be logged against them.
  • Is refused while any of their entries is still a draft or awaiting approval — decide those first, or the approver would be judging a request from “[removed]”.
